Uz m-zabu financijsko poslovanje je praktično, brzo i sigurno.
m-bankarstvo i m-token možete ugovoriti putem e-zabe (internetskog bankarstva) ili u poslovnici Banke. Ostale usluge, kao to su pregled lokacija bankomata i poslovnica te tečajna lista, dostupne su svima, bez potrebe ugovaranja.
Bez obzira na to gdje se nalazite, m-zabom možete:
provjeravati stanje i promete svih računa, tednje i kredita, te obveze koje će teretiti Va račun u sljedećih mjesec dana
pratiti transakcije i limite po karticama
plaćati režije skeniranjem uplatnice putem usluge m-foto plati

Zagrebačka banka posvećuje posebnu pozornost sigurnosti rada korisnika mobilnog bankarstva. PIN kojim se pristupa pojedinim uslugama je poznat samo korisniku, stoga u slučaju kra e ili gubitka mobilnog ure aja ne može doći do zloupotrebe. Podaci o PIN-u i računima ne pohranjuju se u mobitel, a unos PIN-a je za tićen varijabilnom tipkovnicom. Usluge kojima se pristupa PIN-om automatski se blokiraju u slučaju vi estrukog uzastopnog unosa netočnog PIN-a. Nakon 3 minute nekori tenja m-zaba će automatski odjaviti korisnika.

m-zaba ensures practical, quick and safe banking.
m-banking and m-token services can be contracted via e-zaba (Internet banking) or at any of our branches. Other services, such as the ATM locator and exchange rates, are available to everybody, without the need of contracting them at the Bank.
No matter where you are, with m-zaba you can:
check the balance and transactions of accounts, saving accounts and credits as well as the amounts that will be debited to your account within the next 30 days
check card limits and transactions
pay your utility bills by scanning them using the m-photo pay service
pay by scanning data from any document using the fast scan service
transfer money into other accounts in Zaba and other banks in Croatia
transfer money to other m-zaba users by scanning their IBAN in QR code format
receive and pay i-Bills
buy e-topups for mobile phones and HAC s ENC device

SAFETY
Zagrebačka Banka pays special attention to the security of operations performed by mobile banking clients. PIN used to access the services is only known by the user and therefore there is no threat of abuse if a mobile device is stolen or lost. PIN and account information are not stored in the mobile device, and the entry of PIN is protected by a variable keypad. The services that are accessed by entering PIN are automatically blocked if an incorrect PIN is repeatedly entered. After a 3-minute period of not using the device, m-zaba automatically logs off the user.
